They obviously get dressed up -- club dress that is very attractive -- but from the conversations I've had out at bars, I get the impression there's less sexual suggestion to it. I'm going to generalize here, so forgive me. But, again, based on conversation with a few random Indian women, it seems like they want to feel pretty, perhaps even attract attention, go out, have a good time. But there's far smaller percentage that are seriously entertaining thoughts of pick-up/hook-up. Maybe too a degree, but not as much as in the states.
