I could stare at this all day…

I love just looking at the reef. Park yourself in front of stretch of coral and you’ll watch the whole thing come alive in waves.
Give me shallow water, an AL80 tank and I’ll stay down a good 90 minutes. One dive in Thailand lasted a good 77 minutes — my personal best — and I could have easily been down longer.
God bless diving.

Koh Tao’s Sergeant Majors are fearless. Ascending through them is wicked awesome.

An old fish trap that nature decided to reclaim. Giant embedded clams are nestled in the sea floor beneath the crusted bars.

Hot town, spring in the city

Bangkok this spring was a big ball of sweat. Delhi was and is hot right now, but Bangkok, with the added humidity was mental.
I still toured as much as I could, even if the sun burned down on Wat Po unbearably.
