Oh sweet mother

Meet the wok of Jay Fai. And the most fantastic pad ke mao I’ve ever, ever, ever eaten.

This restaurant was a heavenly dive — with all the atmosphere of a school cafeteria — on a hot afternoon in Bangkok. Giant prawns. Fiery chili peppers. Flavors to die happy with. And at 250 baht, it actually makes a pricey meal by Thai standards.
