I love the description on this menu. Unfortunately didn’t actually try the tikka from this overpriced cafe in Bikaner.

Spicy mutton tikka
Tender mutton skewered and grilled over charcoal, basted with sauce. Served with onion, lime and roti. Costs only 55 rupees at a little street stall in Paharganj, but tastes like heaven.
